Our two-day hands on intensive culinary boot camp, led by chef/owner denise norton, will inspire & motivate you for your own kitchen successes. Our knife basics class is always a hit. For the more advanced, now's the time for our two part sauce fundamentals or the elements of flavor (all about how flavors combine & cooking without recipes). We've also included classes on weeknite cooking, everyday easy full throttle, simple flavors in amish country, & creating amazing signature cocktails for parties in mixology the secret top 5..

We're taking a week to spruce up the store - when you're open 7 days a week, it's challenging to find the hours in the day to get all those pesky little projects done.
