Sous chefs explore world ingredients in this curious camp. We'll bring to the table intriguing & tempting ingredients & discuss "where in the world" they are used. Each day of this three-day camp, we'll make two inspired main dishes & one dessert.

This five-day camp explores life behind the scenes in culinary school. Each day will be devoted to a different field of study - knife basics, meats, vegetables & grains, & pastries. On the last day, students use their new found knowledgeto create custom dishes for their final "practical."

Our most popular teens camp, "the restaurant," has a new name! We'll focus each day on the flow of cooking for "production" in a restaurant & the different roles in the kitchen. On the last day of the session, teen chefs prepare & serve a lunch that will be open to two guests per student. All new recipes.
